Classes run outside some of these hours, so if you are coming in for a tour it is worth ringing first to check which rooms are free.
Monday to Thursday
Office open 8:30am to 6:00pm. Evening classes run until 9:00pm.
Friday
Office open 8:30am to 5:00pm. No evening classes, staff finish early.
Saturday
Open 9:00am to 2:00pm for workshops and weekend intensive groups.
Sunday and public holidays
Closed. Emails sent over the weekend are answered on Monday morning.

Two minutes from Robina Town Centre
We are on University Drive, on the same stretch as the shopping centre and a short walk from the bus interchange. If you are driving, turn off Robina Parkway and the entry to our car park is the second driveway on the left.

Who you will speak to
A real person, on the first call
Enquiries are shared between the training team rather than funnelled through a call centre. Whoever answers can tell you about timetables, fees and levels without having to check with anyone, because they are the ones teaching the course.
If you get voicemail, it means we are in a class. Leave a number and a good time to call back, and you will hear from us the same day.

Common questions
Things people ask before they get in touch
No, you can walk in during office hours and someone will show you around. It does help if you ring ahead so we can make sure a trainer is free and not teaching at the time you arrive.
Within one working day in almost every case, and often within a couple of hours. Enquiries sent over the weekend are answered on Monday morning because we are closed on Sundays.
Yes. If you are outside the Gold Coast or cannot get to the campus, we can run the written part by email and the conversation side over a video call. It takes about forty minutes and there is no charge for it.
We can tell you how our courses fit around a study or work visa timeline, and we do that often. We are not registered migration agents, so for anything specific to your visa situation itself you need to speak to a qualified agent.
Yes. Tell us the business name and the billing contact in your message and we will sort it out with them. The enrolment stays in your name either way, so the qualification is yours.
