- Preferences cookie. Remembers your portal display settings. Lasts six months.
- Analytics cookie. Collects anonymous page and device data so we can see which course pages get read. Lasts twenty-six months.
Third party cookies
Some features we embed, such as the campus map on the contact page and any video we place on a course page, are served by another company. Those companies may set their own cookies when you use the feature. We do not control what they store, and their privacy notices explain it.
If you block third party cookies, the map still shows but some interactive parts of it may stop working.
Managing your consent
The consent banner appears only on the homepage. When you accept, we set the optional cookies. When you decline, only the essential session and consent cookies remain, and the site still works.

Your rights
What you can ask us to do
Under Australian privacy law you have the right to know what information we hold about you, why we hold it and who we share it with. If any of it is wrong, we will fix it. If you no longer need our services, you can ask us to remove the parts we are not legally required to keep for enrolment and financial records.
- Request a copy of the personal information linked to your enrolment
- Ask us to correct a name, address or contact detail that has changed
- Withdraw consent for marketing emails and course updates at any time
- Ask which third parties, if any, have received your data
We do not sell personal information and we only share it with trainers, payment processors and government bodies where the law requires it.
