Before you compare
Read the deliverable, not just the dollar figure
A cheap course that gives you eleven contact hours and a certificate is not cheap, it is expensive in a different way. Every fee on this page covers the teaching, the printed and digital materials, all assessments, and the certificate at the end. There are no materials levies, no reassessment charges and no fee for switching timetable groups.
The only things you pay for separately are optional: a resit of a public exam outside our campus, or a replacement copy of a certificate you have lost. If a number looks different to what you expected, ring us and we will go through it line by line.

Full course pricing
These are the two longest things we teach. Both numbers below are the total fee, not a per-week rate dressed up to sound smaller.
IELTS Preparation Course

Eight weeks, twenty-four contact hours across two sessions a week, two fully marked mock exams and a one-to-one feedback session at the end.

Twelve months, twelve units, one-to-one mentoring sessions across the year and a panel presentation each term with local business owners.

Single-day sessions, single flat fee
One day each, nine in the morning to four in the afternoon, with a break for lunch. Maximum twelve people so the trainer can actually get to everyone.

These exist because a lot of people come to us needing two things at once: the English for an interview and the business knowledge for the job behind it.
IELTS plus diploma
Take the IELTS course first, then roll straight into the diploma. This is the most common path for students coming from overseas who need a visa outcome and a business qualification.

Two people, one invoice
Enrol with a friend, a partner or a workmate and take five per cent off whichever course you both choose. Simply mention it on the same enquiry.

Concessions
Where we can bring the price down
We are a small business and cannot discount everything, but these are the reductions we can offer without cutting the quality of the teaching.
Taking two or more courses
Any second course booked in the same year gets ten per cent off the second fee.
Paying in full up front
Pay the whole IELTS or diploma fee before the course starts and we knock $80 off.
Referred by a graduate
If a former student sends you our way, you get $100 off and so do they.
Resitting a course
Repeat any course you have already completed with us for half the standard fee.
Payment
Ways to pay us, and what happens if you stop
We take bank transfer, card payment at the office and cash. For course fees over $500 we can set up a monthly plan with a deposit at enrolment. There is no interest, no set-up fee and no credit check, because we are not a lender and have no interest in being one.
If your situation changes and you need to withdraw, the rules are in our Refund Policy. The short version: full refund if you withdraw more than seven days before the start date, and a pro-rata refund after that on classes you have not attended. Cancel a payment plan and the only thing you owe is the pro-rata amount for the part of the course you already studied.
All prices on this page are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where GST applies.

Get your quote in writing
After the level check you receive a written plan with the exact fee and the timetable. That is the number you pay. It does not move later.

Pay deposit or full fee
A deposit holds your seat. Pay in full and the discount above applies. Either way you get a receipt the same day.

Start on the first session
Materials are handed out in week one. If the group is not the right level, we move you before session two and reconcile any fee difference.
04
Finish and receive your certificate
Certificates go out within ten working days of your final assessment. Digital copy immediately, printed copy if you want it.

Common questions about our fees
Because we cap the class at sixteen, mark two full mock exams by hand, and pay a trained speaking examiner to sit with you one-to-one each week. None of that is free to run. If price is the main thing constraining you, tell us and we will look at what we can do.
No. The official IELTS test fee is paid directly to the test centre and it is not part of what you pay us. Our fee covers the teaching and the practice exams we run ourselves.
The plan simply stops. You owe the pro-rata amount for the part of the course you attended and nothing beyond that. There is no early exit penalty, which is spelled out in our Refund Policy.
No. A written quote is held for ninety days. Once you sign it, that is the fee you pay, even if we put our prices up for a later intake.
Yes, employers can be invoiced directly and we will supply the paperwork they need. For public funding schemes and whether any apply to your situation, ring us and we will tell you honestly what we do and do not qualify for.
A deposit of $300 for the diploma and $250 for IELTS holds your seat. It comes off the total. If you withdraw before the start date, the deposit is refunded under the terms in the refund policy.
