Text, images, course materials and the learner portal are owned by Actionofferquest Pty Ltd or used under licence. You may read, print or save pages for your own study, but you may not republish materials commercially or use them to run a competing course.
Links to our pages are welcome. If you would like to reproduce a longer extract, ask us first and we will usually say yes.

What you can ask us to do
Under Australian privacy law you have the right to know what information we hold about you, why we hold it and who we share it with. If any of it is wrong, we will fix it. If you no longer need our services, you can ask us to remove the parts we are not legally required to keep for enrolment and financial records.
