About these terms
These terms cover every course, workshop and short intensive that Actionofferquest runs from 14 University Drive, Robina QLD 4226, whether you study on campus or online. By accepting a place on a course, you agree to them.
If a specific course has additional conditions, for example a workplace requirement or a mock test schedule, we tell you about those in writing before you pay anything.
Enrolment and fees
An enrolment is confirmed once we receive your completed form and the first payment, or a signed employer purchase order. Quoted prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies.
Fees cover tuition, learning materials, mock tests and one resubmission per assessment. They do not cover exam registration charges, travel, accommodation or any item we list separately on the course page.
Payment plans are available on programs longer than eight weeks. If a scheduled payment fails, we contact you within three business days before suspending portal access.
Attendance and assessment
You are expected to attend at least eighty percent of scheduled sessions. Where a session is missed for a documented reason, we arrange a catch-up workshop or a recorded substitute at no extra charge.
Assessments must be your own work. We treat plagiarism, contract cheating and the use of unauthorised material in a mock test as serious breaches, and the response can range from a requirement to resubmit up to exclusion from the course without a refund.
Cancellations and transfers
You can cancel a booking in writing at any time. Cancellation charges and transfer options are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may cancel or reschedule a course if the group is too small or if a tutor is unavailable, and in that case you receive a full refund or a guaranteed place in the next intake, whichever you prefer.
Conduct and liability
Students are expected to treat staff, tutors and other students with the same courtesy they would expect in return. Disruptive behaviour can lead to exclusion from the classroom.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to a course is limited to the fees you paid. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes to these terms
We review these terms once a year so they keep matching how we actually run courses. If a change affects students already enrolled, we give at least fourteen days notice by email before the change takes effect.

Your rights
What you can ask us to do
Under Australian privacy law you have the right to know what information we hold about you, why we hold it and who we share it with. If any of it is wrong, we will fix it. If you no longer need our services, you can ask us to remove the parts we are not legally required to keep for enrolment and financial records.
